The RCBC Men’s Baron Soccer team won their game against Monroe Community College in New Rochelle, New York today with a score of 6-1. They will play Monroe College in the final game of the national championship on Sunday, Nov. 6 at 1 p.m.

RCBC Men’s Soccer vying for a national championship!

The RCBC Men’s Baron Soccer team is now ranked 19th in the country and is headed to the Northeast District Championship Tournament this weekend.

The Barons (12-4) will play Monroe Community College in New Rochelle, New York at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5. If they win Saturday, they will take on the winner of Monroe College vs Massasoit Community College.

Rowan College at Burlington County opens junior-year courses and announces new “3+1” programs

Community college students can now register for junior-year courses at Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) and will have even more “3+1” options next fall as RCBC and Rowan University continue to improve one of the nation’s most affordable paths to a bachelor’s degree.

RCBC is the first community college in the region to offer junior-year courses that begin in spring 2017.

RCBC Soccer Teams Head to Post Season

The Rowan College at Burlington County Barons wrapped up their regular soccer season with both the men’s and women’s teams headed to the playoffs.

The men’s team is currently 10-4 and finished 5-0 in Region XIX. While the women’s team is 4-9-2 and finished 3-2-1 in Region XIX.

RCBC Human Services Student Receives National Scholarship

Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) Human Services student Heather Casparro earned the Harold McPheeters Scholarship from the National Organization for Human Services (NOHS).

Casparro, from Mount Laurel a student member of the NOHS is the first RCBC student to receive this award and was chosen over students working on their bachelor’s and master’s degrees.

Rowan College at Burlington County hosts seminar to discuss changes in nursing program.

Rowan College at Burlington County will hold an information seminar on Wednesday, Oct. 26 to discuss improvements to the nursing program – including the new “3+1” option to a bachelor’s of science in nursing and the college’s partnership with Virtua.
