Welcome! Whether you are looking to apply to RCBC or just to the EOF program, you will find everything you need to get started on this page. If you have any questions about the process, please contact EOF Secretary, Luiza at extension 1462. We look forward to seeing you on campus!

Did you know that once you're accepted into the EOF Program, we'll continue to work with you until you graduate? All you need to do is resubmit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and successfully complete your program requirements each semester.


THRIVE:  Pre-College Leadership Institute (PCLI)

THRIVE is designed to introduce first-time, first generation students to the high expectations, demanding workload, increased academic liberties, and other aspects of college life as well as introduce them to their responsibilities as members of the college community.  The multi-day program includes the EOF orientation, career assessment, engagement in cohort building activities, an introduction to campus leaders, and academic transfer planning.

Benefits of Attending Summer Institute:

  • Early orientation to the college environment.
  • Strengthen basic academic, critical thinking and personal skills required to succeed at college.
  • Early identification and cohort development of EOF eligible students.
  • Immediate relationship building and interaction with campus agents.
