Carebridge information

At Rowan College at Burlington County, we are genuinely concerned with the well being of our staff and their families. We recognize that it can often be difficult to resolve some of the challenging issues that we face both in the workplace and in our personal lives. We are pleased to announce a new benefit through Carebridge Corporation. Effective July 1, 2006, Full-Time Employees and their dependants will be eligible for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Work-Life Services. These valuable benefits will be available, at no cost, to you.

Carebridge is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week by calling 800-437-0911. Carebridge also maintains a website at www.myliferesource.com. The College's Access code can be obtained from the Human Resources Department. Online services include a wealth of additional information to support the counseling services including child care and eldercare locator databases, legal document center, Shoppers Discount Center and wellness tutorials.

Detailed information regarding each benefit is provided to employees during their benefits orientation. Enrollment in all programs is subject to meeting eligibility criteria. Benefits may vary depending upon the employees’ classification.
