How to Apply

How can I submit my application?

  • RCBC will only accept online applications.
    *Please ensure that your employment application clearly demonstrates how you meet the minimum qualifications for the position in which you are applying. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

How long are positions posted?

  • Full-time positions are posted online until they are filled.
  • Adjunct positions as well as some part-time positions are continuously posted online but hiring is based on the needs of each term and department.
    *All Adjunct applications are kept on file for one year.

What is the hiring process?

  • If you are selected for an interview for a position, you will be contacted by phone.
  • If you have not been selected after your interview, you will be notified by email.

Rowan College at Burlington County complies with the "New Jersey First Act:". This Act requires all Rowan College at Burlington County employees, hired on or after September 1, 2011, to currently reside in NJ or relocate within one (1) year of their hire date.
