The Rowan College at Burlington County student theatrical group, the Lamplight Players, will perform Richard O’Brien’s cult classic, “The Rocky Horror Show,” an amusing musical that pays tribute to “B” sci-fi film and horror genres with an irresistible rock-n-roll score, at Burlington County Institute of Technology’s Medford Campus.

Brad Majors and his fiancée Janet Weiss’ lives are turned upside down after unfortunate circumstances lead them to the castle of Dr. Frank ’N’ Furter and his household of strange Transylvanians. The couple and Frank’ N’ Furter’s cohorts are swept up into the scientist’s latest experiment. The night’s misadventures are hilarious, wild and unforgettable.

More than a dozen students will perform in RCBC’s “The Rocky Horror Show” at BCIT’s Medford Campus, located at 10 Hawkin Road. The Lamplight Players take the stage at 7:30 p.m. on Fridays, April 20 and 27, and Saturdays, April 21 and 28. There is a matinee performance at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 21. General admission is $15. Tickets for RCBC students with a valid student ID are $10.

Tickets can be purchased online at rcbcshowtix.booktix.com. Tickets will also be sold at the door. For group sales, please contact RCBC Theatre Program Coordinator Patricia Cohill at pcohill@rcbc.edu.
