Fall 2017 registration is underway!!! Be sure to register early to get the best possible schedule. Payment due date for classes is July 1, 2017. Remember to check the Business Office website for payment due dates for payment of any fees and other costs not covered by NJ STARS.

Please be mindful of the following:

If you are planning to graduate at the end of the Fall 2017 or Spring 2018 semester, graduation applications are completed online via your WebAdvisor account. Applying for graduation is the only official evaluation of a student’s degree. Visit this website if you need assistance logging in and navigating WebAdvisor.

If you have not made an appointment to speak with a transfer advisor, it is highly recommended you do so. It is never too early to plan for transfer! Visit the Transfer Center website for more information.

Please remember the eligibility criteria for maintaining NJ STARS:

  • Complete the FAFSA application each year by the deadline with RCBC listed as the first choice college (college code 007730). Visit the Financial Aid website for deadlines and other important information including deadlines to submit information, college code changes and additional documentation which may be required.
  • Submit additional information for state aid each year by the deadline to the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA) and list RCBC as your first choice college (all college code updates and changes must be reported directly to HESAA and FAFSA separately). Visit the Financial Aid website for deadlines and other important information.
  • Maintain continuous full-time enrollment with a minimum of 12 college-level credits in fall and spring semesters (students have up to five consecutive semesters of eligibility).
  • Maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA prior to the start of the third semester of NJ STARS eligibility.
  • Make payment arrangements for all fees and any other payments not covered by NJ STARS prior to the payment deadline for each semester. Visit the Business Office website for payment deadlines.
  • Communicate any schedule changes with the NJ STARS Coordinator and Financial Aid prior to making them.
  • Apply online for graduation in your WebAdvisor account after completing 48 college level credits.
  • It is never too early to start planning for transfer. Students are encouraged to meet with the Transfer Center early on in their college career. Proper planning will be imperative to successful transfer. Some bachelor degree completion agreements that RCBC has with other schools require the student to enroll in the agreement before his or her second semester. For more information on transfer services including guaranteed admissions and articulation agreements, please visit the Transfer Center website.
