Greetings Culinary, Hospitality, and Pastry Students!

We are in full swing in the Fall Semester. Please make sure to register for your Spring Classes now! If advising is needed, please see Nicolette or Shari! or

Culinary students, Ashley N. and Manny W. supported RCBC at Mount Holly's Annual Car Show. We sold over 60 pulled pork sandwiches with slaw and homemade potato chips. (Thanks Anna K for the chips!)

Are you looking for practicum hours or to add to your resume? Please see Chef James for various events that students can volunteer for.


  • CUL 122 (Techniques and Traditions) and CUL 211 (Purchasing and Menu Planning) will NOT be offered in the spring. Please plan accordingly!
  • FSM 122 (Dining Room) is now called HOS 120 (Managing Quality of Service). Please register for HOS 120!

  • Gino Marella has been promoted to a Cook 2 Position with Wegmans Prepared Foods in Mount Laurel
  • Sodean, Hospitality Student, has been accepted to the Hospitality Program at University of Central Florida!
