Set Up an Authorized User

The Federal Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (also known as FERPA) protects each student’s academic record and financial information. This law prevents RCBC from discussing a student’s information with anyone other than the student.

Only students can setup an authorized user.

By setting up an Authorized user, the user will be able to:

  • Have his/her own online account to view student financial information only (cannot access academic or personal records).
  • Make a payment on the student account.
  • Enroll and manage the payment plan.

Steps to setup an Authorized user:

  • Log into WebAdvisor.
  • Go to the Financial Information Section.
  • Click on “Manage your Payment, Payment Plans and More”.
  • Click on “Add an Authorized Party”

The authorized user will receive an email with the login information.

Please go to nbspayments.com  to sign in with your authorized user ID, which will be emailed to you.
