Exploring New Careers
Career Paths & Educational Programs
The Workforce Development Institute works closely with employers, county and educational partners to develop career paths toward the in-demand careers of today and tomorrow to serve the needs of both college students and those seeking direct entry, or advancement, in the workforce.
Personal and Professional Development offers non-credit courses to the community so that all students have the opportunity to upgrade present skills, pursue new ones or explore a hobby in these special courses. All age groups are represented in these credit-free courses and are registered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Career and Placement
RCBC Offers a Career Services one-stop-shop to help students and alumni connect with a career, and a Business and Career Development Center to serve the Burlington County community. Both areas help assist with resume writing, job board posting, and helping individuals apply for their first job or move to a different occupation.
Military and Veteran Education Services
RCBC Military Education & Veteran Services was established in September 1973 to provide assistance to the veteran population at RCBC. While primary emphasis is placed on education benefits, the office provides information and assistance to student veterans and community residents for any benefits available from the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA).
