Radiography Students Win First Place in Technibowl

Burlington County College (BCC) students Pankaj Gupta of Marlton, and Nicole Komosinski of Mount Laurel, swept the competition and secured BCC a first place finish for the second year in a row at the annual Technibowl, a regional academic competition among radiologic technology students.

Diagnostic Medical Sonography Awarded Accreditation

Burlington County College (BCC) is pleased to announce that its Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) Program was recently accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) in collaboration with the Joint Review Committee–Diagnostic Medical Sonography (JRC-DMS).

English as a Second Language Information Sessions

Burlington County College (BCC) will host free English as a Second Language (ESL) Information Sessions on Wednesday, April 24 and Thursdays, May 9 and June 13. The ESL program at BCC offers non-native speakers of English the opportunity to improve their language skills by focusing on writing, grammar, reading, vocabulary, speech and pronunciation.

WBZC-FM Broadcasts Camden Riversharks Games

For the third straight season, Burlington County College’s (BCC) radio station WBZC-FM (Z88.9) will be the official radio station for the Camden Riversharks. WBZC-FM will broadcast all 70 home games, beginning with the home-opener on Tuesday, April 23 at 7:05 p.m., when the Riversharks play the Bridgeport Bluefish.

Gubernatorial appointee Natalie A. Collins was sworn-in as the newest member of the Burlington County College (BCC) Board of Trustees on Tuesday, March 19 during the BCC Board of Trustees monthly public meeting. New Jersey Governor Chris Christie named Natalie A. Collins of Burlington Township to the Burlington County College's Board of Trustees in early March.

Topics will range from the benefits of group support to knowing your ADA rights and responsibilities.

American Idol's Phillip Phillips Performs Live at BCC

On Tuesday, April 23, the latest “American Idol” winner Phillip Phillips will play live at Burlington County College (BCC). For one night only, the Physical Education Center at BCC’s Pemberton campus, 601 Pemberton Browns Mills Rd., will transform into concert venue for an exciting evening of live music for BCC students and the community.

Jobseekers will have the opportunity to meet with more than 50 area employers at Burlington County College’s (BCC) 26th annual Career Fair, held in partnership with the Burlington County Board of Chosen Freeholders, on Tuesday, April 9 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Enterprise Center at BCC located on the Mount Laurel campus, 3331 Route 38.
