These bootcamps, which prepare you for college-level work:

  • Increase your confidence and skill set. Passing the bootcamp means you are ready to start college-level courses in the fall.

  • Finish FAST. Take them in five weeks or fewer!

  • Provide individualized attention. With a 20-student maximum, the smaller class size gives professors more freedom to focus on your success.

Sounds great! How much do they cost?

Each bootcamp costs $100. However, if you take one of our bootcamps and register for at least 12 credits in the fall, we’ll credit the bootcamp course fee back to your account, giving you the bootcamp for FREE!

Here are you options for the spring semester.

Math Blast Bootcamp I

This Bootcamp provides a fast-tracked and closely-supported student experience to gain the course outcomes equivalent to MTH-055 (Pre Algebra). In this course, students focus on gaining skills needed in preparation for Algebra. It includes the operations of integers, exponents, order of operations, understanding variables and solving equations. Faculty and tutors will be available to students both on-campus and through Virtual Live (VLC) formats. Successful completion of this Bootcamp will allow students to progress to MTH-075 (Elementary Algebra).

This course will meet four days per week according to the following schedule and formats, with a 5-week maximum duration:

01/19/22 - 03/15/22
Monday and Wednesday

Math Blast Bootcamp II

This Bootcamp provides a fast-tracked and closely-supported student experience to gain the course outcomes equivalent to MTH-075 (Elementary Algebra). This course, designed for students who have not taken a full year of high school Algebra, focuses on the review of elementary Algebra topics, including signed numbers; polynomial expressions and their operations; rational algebraic expressions; factoring; the solving and graphing of first degree equations in one variable; and systems of linear equations (algebraic and graphic solutions). Faculty and tutors will be available to students both on-campus and through Virtual Live (VLC) formats. Successful completion of this Bootcamp will allow students to progress to the 100-level math course required by their major.
