This role has provided her to work in a growing field, and throughout world in places like London, Italy and Australia.

Rollins, from Cinnaminson, will be a part of the panel for the RCBC Workforce Development Institute’s Supply Chain Career Night on Tuesday, Jan. 22 from 5 pm to 6:30 pm.

“I am a big proponent of community college as a gateway to a successful career. RCBC gave me the opportunity to succeed by providing an affordable education and flexible classes so I could work full time while completing my studies,” Rachel explains.

Rachel is looking forward to the career night because she is interested in inspiring others to continue through a four-year school and to know the value of their experience when they get into the workforce.

She suggests that students get as much intern experience as they can and that they stay up to date on digital and automation trends.

Come and ask Rachel and other supply chain business representatives questions about their careers in this dynamic industry. The event will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 22 from 5 pm to 6:30 pm. on RCBC’s Mount Laurel Campus, in Evans Hall, room 219.
