Rowan College at Burlington County celebrates 50th anniversary

In its 50th year, Rowan College at Burlington County has announced plans to host a yearlong series of events that will honor its rich history, while celebrating its progress toward transforming the future of higher education.

After graduating from Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) in 2014, Rachel Rollins continued onto Rutgers University in New Brunswick to receive her degree in Supply Chain Management and earned a position as a Global Supply Chain Manufacturing Manager at a GlaxoSmithKline.

Rowan College at Burlington County will host the 15th annual Give Kids A Smile day on Friday, Feb. 1 in its Health Sciences Center at the Mount Laurel Campus.

When the weather turns cold, it is time to celebrate winter squash. Butternut squash is one of the most widely used winter squash varieties – and for good reason. It is buttery, nutty and easy to find. It can be the star of many dishes, but it really stands out in a great bisque.

First students to complete RCBC's and Rowan University's 3+1 program are recognized

On Tuesday, Dec. 18, Rowan University and Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) celebrated the first students to complete the 3+1 program, a groundbreaking college affordability program that will collectively save students $3.3 million by this May. The program allows students to complete three years of a Rowan University bachelor’s degree with RCBC.
