The RCBC Foundation raises funds through the support of our generous donors and community partners. This support ensures RCBC students have access to an affordable, high-quality college education.

Fore! The Rowan College at Burlington County Foundation hosted a Nine & Dine Golf Tournament at the Burlington Country Club on Sept. 22.
Golf enthusiasts and those just eager to support the college, such as sponsors, RCBC students and staff, and Foundation members, braved the rain and came out in droves to bolster student success
Foursomes played nine holes of golf in a friendly competition, with the winning group being RCBC Board Trustee, Kevin Brown, John Willitts, and RCBC students Michael Caulder and Kyle O'Sullivan. Those that attended the reception enjoyed a delicious dinner, drinks, silent auction, and basket raffle! The day went off without a hitch and was topped by sponsorships from Holman, Fulton Bank, Brown & Brown, IBEW Local 269, Marquis Health Consulting Services, Ellis Family Charitable Foundation, and Campus Works.
Over $15,000 was raised at the event, which will go directly to support RCBC students and their educational pursuits. We appreciate all the support from the sponsors and the attendees who never hesitate to stand behind RCBC.
Alum pledges $725,000 endowment to RCBC – one of the largest single gifts in the college’s history
Rowan College at Burlington County celebrated a $725,000 gift from alum Joseph P. Wechselberger recently by naming the college’s nursing labs in his honor.
Wechselberger graduated in 1977 and has returned almost 50 years later to support the endeavors of its students, faculty, and staff through an endowment in his will to the RCBC Foundation.
A portion of Wechselberger’s donation will go towards part-time students who need financial assistance in commemoration of his late partner, Edwin R. Catanach, who was once a part-time community college student. However, most of the gift will benefit nursing students at RCBC in honor of Wechselberger’s mother, Rose.
“I’d always thought about wanting to do something in her memory. She was very proud of being a registered nurse,” Wechselberger said. “I chose [RCBC] because they have a nursing school here, and it’s affiliated with my old alma mater.
The RCBC Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c) 3 that raises funds to support student scholarships,
college programs that enrich the campus experience, and facilities and equipment to facilitate learning.
