Educational Partnership: Bancroft

In order to take advantage of Bancroft’s Tuition Reimbursement Plan, you will need to contact your HR office to collect the appropriate paperwork.

Students must receive a “C” or better in the class in order to qualify for Bancroft’s Tuition Reimbursement Plan. Students are responsible for additional fees and materials.

Your first step is to complete the online application. The application is free to submit and only takes a few minutes. Once you complete the application, you will want to contact your HR team to see what your employer requires and email partnerships@rcbc.edu to confirm requirements for RCBC.
