This course fulfills the 75-hour training/education requirement by the State. Covers all topics on the state exam including agency, contracts, title, methods of ownership, appraisals, licensing laws, and discrimination.

All textbooks, course materials and exam preparation are included. This program does not include the cost of the exam.

NJ Salesperson's License Requirements

Applicant must: 

•    Be a citizen of the United States or legally present in this country.
•    Be at least 18 years of age or older.
•    Have a high school education or equivalency.
•    Be of good moral character (fingerprinting/background check)
