Wilmington University’s Presidential Scholarship for RCBC

Wilmington University’s Presidential Scholarship for Rowan College at Burlington County is available to make your education goals even more affordable. The scholarship covers all tuition and fees during the recipient’s two years at Wilmington University, which reduces the tuition cost of a bachelor’s degree by as much as $24,000.*

*The scholarship does not cover the cost of books.

To apply for this scholarship, email Douglas Scappa, Wilmington University’s Director of New Jersey Sites, at douglas.r.scappa@wilmu.edu by April 17, 2022. Please include:

  • Your RCBC transcript
  • A list of any leadership and/or community service experience you performed during your time at RCBC (e.g., student government, volunteering).
  • A brief narrative explaining why the committee should select you to be the recipient of this scholarship.

Conditions of Scholarship:

  1. Scholarship recipient must complete an associate degree at Rowan College at Burlington County.
  2. Scholarship recipient must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher in their Rowan College at Burlington County coursework.
  3. Scholarship recipient shall demonstrate financial need based on the judgment of the scholarship committee.
  4. Scholarship recipient must demonstrate leadership abilities and have participated in community service events (e.g., school, church, clubs and organizations on campus).
  5. Scholarship recipient shall be enrolled full-time at Wilmington University (at least 12 credits per semester).
  6. Scholarship recipient must meet and maintain the requirements for the program of study at Wilmington University.
