Transfer Scholars with Prior EOF

Admission into the EOF program is contingent upon eligibility and availability of funds. We accept applications for the fall and spring terms. If you are already enrolled in the EOF program at another school and decide to transfer to RCBC, you should:

  1. Ask your EOF advisor from your previous institution to send an EOF Transfer Form to the RCBC EOF program via e-mail eof@rcbc.edu.
  2. You may be asked to schedule an EOF transfer admission interview. This is a chance for our staff to get to know you better.
Transfer Scholars with no Prior EOF

We accept applications for the fall and spring terms. Transfer scholars that have not previously received EOF services, but are interested in EOF, should:

  1. Complete the RCBC EOF Application.
  2. Submit the documents required to verify your eligibility. They may be uploaded on your EOF application, submitted in person or via email at eof@rcbc.edu. Additional verification documents may be required to verify financial eligibility. Please see "Financial Aid Verification Forms" on the side panel.

  2. Submit the documents required to verify your eligibility. They may be uploaded on your EOF application, submitted in person or via email at eof@rcbc.edu. Per EOF regulation, scholars cannot be awarded EOF for the first time during a scholar’s last two semesters of associate study.

If I am accepted into the program, when can I expect to receive my EOF financial aid award?
  • Financial aid awards are a combination of funding sources. Your EOF award will be posted to your account once you have completed the EOF admissions process and we have received an update on your eligibility from the State of NJ. First, all college debts will be paid off. Then a refund of excess financial aid will be sent to you, if applicable.
  • Any change in your enrollment status could result in a delay in the release of your financial aid award.
