STEM (Chemistry)

Prior to joining the RCBC faculty, Terry spent 20 years in the private sector holding positions in research and development, quality control and project management. His research at the college has focused on the analysis and reverse engineering of consumer products. He finds the relationship between a compound's structure and its physical and chemical properties fascinating. Terry describes his teaching philosophy as that of a coach and mentor to his students. He celebrates the accomplishments of all his students, many of whom enjoy careers as scientists, engineers, pharmacists, physicians and physician assistants.
