Guest students are students in F1 student status who are currently attending another U.S. college and intend to take a small number of classes at RCBC. Guest students should make sure that the international student office at their primary college/university approves attending RCBC. They should then complete and submit the regular paper application (which can be obtained by contacting the Office of International Student Services) with a copy of your current Form I-20, a copy of your passport and the $20 application fee. According to the US Department of Homeland Security (USDHS) regulations, international guest students must have written permission to attend classes at RCBC from the international student office at the college that issued their Form I-20. Guest admission does not qualify the student for a Form I-20 from Rowan College at Burlington County.

International guest students, regardless of the tuition arrangement at their regular school, are charged the international tuition rate at RCBC.
