creme puffs with a pomegranate sauce

Once Starbucks begins serving the pumpkin spice latte, it feels like pumpkin spice everything is unavoidable. Challenge yourself to walk down any aisle of the supermarket without seeing an item that is “pumpkin-spiced.” Cereals, toaster pastries, protein bars, cinnamon buns, almonds, cookies, yogurts, granolas, braising sauces, syrups, and even SPAM have jumped on the pumpkin spice bandwagon.

Looking for something different but still reminiscent of fall? Rowan College at Burlington County culinary students bring unique and original dishes to the table at our Autumn Taste Fest.

Join us from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at our Mount Holly Campus, on Wednesday, Nov. 6. Fall into an array of student-driven creations that focus on the smooth tastes of autumn. Toss that tired pumpkin spice latte, and enjoy the action of this all-you-can-eat event. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at rcbc.edu/culinary.

The Culinary Arts Center at RCBC is a 19,000 square foot, regional landmark in the heart of historic Mount Holly. Our culinary students are the next generation of food industry professionals who leave our institution fully prepared to take their place in the rapidly growing food service industry, as well as be eligible for seamless transfer to a four-year institution in culinary arts.
