Chair Yoga is designed for anyone, regardless of ability, interested in yoga. The use of a chair allows the yoga poses to be more accessible, supportive and still maintain all benefits.

Our instructor has been leading chair yoga classes in the South Jersey area for the past three years. In her weekly class, you will do a breathing technique, joint freeing movements, poses, flows and conclude class with a few minutes of relaxation. You will leave class with a feeling of more space in the body, more calmness in the mind – all from the support of a chair.
No prior yoga experience needed. Everyone can do chair yoga!
