In this four-hour workshop, you will learn what constitutes sexual harassment, understand the laws on sexual harassment in the workplace and the implications for violations both for individuals and their organization.

Additionally, learn how to utilize company policy and procedures to protect the employees and the organization; how to identify sexual harassment issues and how to provide corrective action; how to develop a workplace that is free from sexual harassment; and how to use the ACT (analyze, consider, take) method.
