College can be stressful, but the good news is you're not alone.
With a simple Google search, you can find multiple definitions of the term “wellness." However, it’s not a one-size-fits-all program. At RCBC, we define wellness as:
The process of learning about, engaging in and practicing behaviors that are likely to result in a better quality of life to make a significant impact and contribution to our society.
Are you trying to better yourself but don’t know where to start? The Office of Student Life offers many programs and resources to help educate students about the 5 dimensions of wellness that are specific to the RCBC community.
We have resources and programming to tackle topics such as stress management, meal planning, sleep and physical activity. Your healthy lifestyle is our number one priority.
If you’re a current student, take the survey below to gauge your understanding of wellness at RCBC.
The Zen Den and Prayer Space offers a quiet place that is dedicated to the RCBC student community. There are plenty of relaxing activities, such as Lego building, kinetic sand and meditation.
