“I was able to complete about half of my major all online, and as a busy girl, that was so incredibly helpful. I completed all of my Gen Eds at a fraction of the cost and applied them to my current bachelor's degree! Studying at RCBC was a total no-brainer for me,” Engelhardt shared.

“I see many students struggle and talk about quitting. I tell them my story and encourage them to keep trying. It took 32 years to put on this cap and gown and as long as I'm working at RCBC, I will continue to encourage our students to never give up on their dreams. With so much negativity being shoved down society’s throat, someone has to show people the light at the end of the tunnel,” McMullen shared.

“I have been in business my whole life, and I think women in business have come a long way. I love working with people and marketing to determine what is going to appeal to consumers, really help them and implement the plan,” Young said.

“Ten years ago I thought that college was this strict, rigid institution, but what I’ve found is that it is actually the opposite; RCBC is a place that nurtures creativity, raw talent and the unorthodox while providing access to some of the smartest people I’ve ever met who challenge me to be better than I was yesterday,” Jiosi remarked.

“It was at RCBC where I made a name for myself from the ground up, and it all started on the bench. My first year there, I was offered a scholarship with the understanding that I would be the eighth man off the bench,” Baltazar recalled.

“When I was in high school, I didn’t know what I wanted to do. I had to pave a new way that was best for me. Senior year, I took one class at RCBC per semester. It gave me so much confidence and made me feel like I could do this. I had a really rewarding experience at RCBC and wouldn’t be where I am without it,” Loeb recalled.

“It may sound cliche, but most of my experiences at RCBC are memorable. I met friends in my classes that I have to this day and had professors that I will remember for the rest of my life. Their investment in my success meant a lot to me; I will forever be an advocate for RCBC,” Hays said.

We are in-demand. We are successful. We are self-starters.
