“RCBC’s undergraduate research program has helped me greatly,” Shaw said. “Most Physics students at Rowan don’t get to do research until their third year so I got a head start.”


“Rowan College at Burlington County drives the county’s economy and countless individual lives forward. This research objectively quantifies the value students, taxpayers and society receive for trusting their dollars in their community college.”

Dr. Benjamin is both a professor of mathematics and a magician. He has combined his two loves to create a dynamic presentation called Mathemagics, suitable for all audiences, where he demonstrates and explains his secrets for performing rapid mental calculations faster than a calculator.


You may not associate linear algebra with romance, but for RCBC students James Keenan and Ilona Litvinas it sparked something that has now come full circle.


“I was just trying to do what I have to do to get an education,” Wyllis said. “There have been so many opportunities that have come along and I am so happy that hard work pays off.”


“The academic insight I received at RCBC also carried into my family life. With a better understanding and perspective on education, my children have also been thriving.”


“It paid dividends for me,” he said. “I wouldn’t be where I am today, at the University of Pennsylvania Law School without RCBC. I tell everybody to go to community college.”


“I’ve absolutely enjoyed being an advocate of empowerment and serving the RCBC community.”
