“RCBC’s cost for the 3+1 program is unmatched and will not leave me with crippling student debt like so many of my friends and family who’ve completed their bachelor’s degrees elsewhere,” Colleen said. “It’s also a very short drive from my house, offers a wide range of classes and truly accommodates adult learners.”
“92% percent of apprentices who go through employers are retained and stay there for many years because they see they are valued and see that they are part of the career ladder,” Kallert said.

“In 2019, I went to the Fall Open House, and I knew that this was the campus where I wanted to start my future,” Kraft recalled. “The 3+1 program really caught my eye because you can save so much money. I also read an article about how community colleges are a diamond in the rough. For instance, a class in philosophy, whether it is at an Ivy League or at a community college, is still a philosophy class.”

“We have these languages that we need a lot more people in the United States trained in,” Dr. Chapman said. “They offer excellent employment across a broad spectrum. You learn Arabic or Chinese, and you are setting yourself up well in almost any field, including just purely being a translator. There’s been a huge demand for decades for these; we’ve got a 30 or 40-year backed-up demand in the United States for more speakers of these languages, so any college that can effectively get students to specialize in these courses is a big deal.”
“After a year of turmoil that has stressed many families’ financial situation, Rowan College at Burlington County made it a priority to hold the line on the costs of high-quality education,” RCBC President Dr. Michael A.
